Also known as a tar and gravel roof, BUR consists of multiple layers of bitumen and reinforcing fabrics that create a finished membrane. It's one of the oldest and most reliable methods of commercial roofing, offering durability and a proven track record of performance.

Metal roofs are popular for commercial buildings due to their longevity, durability, and fire-resistant properties. They can be made from various materials, including aluminum, steel, copper, and zinc. Metal roofing systems also offer energy efficiency benefits and can be designed to withstand extreme weather conditions.

Single-ply membranes are sheets of rubber and other synthetics that can be ballasted, mechanically fastened, or chemically adhered to insulation creating a layer of protection on your commercial facility. These roofs are widely known for their flexibility, ease of installation, and lightweight properties. Common types include TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin), PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), and EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer).
